I'm Kristen Johnson, an executive producer and commercial architect. Nine years inside a royal household taught me discretion and standards. A $170M investment portfolio taught me how businesses actually get built. Three hundred productions taught me that great execution is invisible - and that the best ideas die without structure around them.
