The football existed - coach, kit, roster, three years of competitive progress. The brand and commercial architecture didn't. So I built it.
We rebranded the club end to end with an entirely new identity and look. Produced all club content, and created and launched its original interview and storytelling formats. Then the commercial layer: investor case for a mid-seven-figure raise, three-scenario financial model, tiered sponsorship architecture, academy revenue model - and a five-episode documentary series with Premier League talent embedded: Ravel Morrison, Jonjo Shelvey, Jason Puncheon.
Most clubs at this level are run as football. AFFC is being built as IP - every layer makes the next one easier to fund.
A complete cross-cultural streamer property built end to end with Amir Khan Promotions: documentary treatment, episodic structure, financial model, distribution strategy, and the pre-fight/live/post content engine. Pitched directly to Netflix across multiple rounds - eighteen months before Netflix entered live boxing.
The fight never happened. Netflix went live later with a different card. Right idea, wrong moment - the blueprint stands.
